American Airlines Offers Exclusive Winter Deals to Tokyo

Packages Include Round-Trip Air and Three Nights Hotel, Starting at Just $899* per Person


FORT WORTH, Texas, (PRNewswire/WorldTourismNews.eu) -- In celebration of American Airlines new expanded service to Japan, American Airlines Vacations is offering exclusive winter deals on flight and hotel packages at select hotel properties in Tokyo.



Promotional packages are available for outbound travelers who book by Dec. 31, 2010, and travel between Jan. 11 and Feb. 28, 2011. Package prices begin at $899* per person, based on double-occupancy for a three-night consecutive stay at Asakusa Vista Hotel, and include round-trip Economy Class airfare from Los Angeles (LAX) to Tokyo (NRT). Other package prices begin at $959* for round-trip Economy Class airfare from Chicago (ORD) to Tokyo (NRT); $999* for round-trip Economy Class airfare from New York's John F. Kennedy (JFK) to Tokyo (NRT or HND beginning Jan. 20, 2011); and $1,009 for round-trip Economy Class airfare from Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) to Tokyo (NRT). Promotional packages are also available with other participating hotels including Toyocho Vista Hotel, Shiba Park Hotel and Shinjuku Washington, among others. American Airlines currently operates nonstop service to Tokyo's Narita airport using Boeing 777 aircraft from Chicago (daily), Dallas/Fort Worth (twice daily), Los Angeles (daily), and New York JFK (daily). In May, American Airlines received authority from the U.S. Department of Transportation to operate daily, year-round service from New York's JFK to Tokyo's Haneda (HND), which will start Jan. 20, 2011.
