Continental Airlines Named Best Worldwide Airline At Northern Irelandtravel And Tourism Awards

The awards, which were presented on Friday, October 16 at a ceremony at the Slieve Donard Hotel, Belfast, are based on votes by the Northern Irelandtravel trade.

It is the third consecutive year that Continental has been named Best Worldwide Airline, this time ahead of Virgin Atlantic, Etihad and Emirates.

"We're delighted to be named Best Worldwide Airline by travel agents in Northern Ireland, and thank them for their continuing support," said Yvonne Muldoon, the airline's Sales Manager Ireland & Northern Ireland. "We've worked hard to build a strong relationship with the travel trade and this accolade shows that we're having success with this approach. It also indicates just how popular our flights are from Belfastto New Yorkand beyond."
