Dominican Republic at exhibition Golf World in Prague

Czech Republic (WorldTourismNews) - The Dominican republic is being referred to as the best holiday and golf destination in the Caribbean and will be exhibiting during the 3rd Golf Tourism Fair and 19th Holiday World Fair in Prague.

The Dominican Republic has participated as an exhibitor at Holiday World for several years and this will remain so in 2010, but also for the first time the destination will be exhibited at the 3rd Golf World Fair (which is a partnership trade fair of Holiday World) during 4th – 7th February 2010 in Prague.

“We decided to present the Dominican Republic at Golf World as well as Holiday World this year, because it is not only a destination with long white beaches and beautiful clear waters, but also a golf destination where all golf enthusiasts can find high quality services”, says Leila Berquis Boasier Director of Dominican Republic Tourist Office for Central/Eastern Europe.

The Dominican Republic has 25 modern and fully equipped golf courses in its golf portfolio that can meet all requirements. Thanks to a high number of quality golf resorts, the Dominican Republic belongs to the most sought after golf destinations in the Caribbean.

„I would like to warmly invite all visitors to come to both of our stands at Holiday World (stand No. PK 195) and Golf World (stand No. 48). An interesting programme is being prepared with traditional Dominican rum tasting and a presentation of Diablo Cojuelo“, says Leila Berquis Boasier Director of Dominican Republic Tourist Office for Central/Eastern Europe.

At the Dominican Republic stand the hotel chain Majestic Resorts Punta Cana will also feature two luxury hotels, the Colinial Majestic Punta Cana and Majestic Elegance Punta Cana, in its portfolio. Both of the hotel resorts can be found in the eastern part of the Dominican Republic.
