Jamaican Hotels Unveil Spring, Summer Specials

Jamaica’s hotels and resorts are offering seasonal savings this spring. “It’s time to put the winter doldrums behind, and get an early taste of summer’s warmth with a visit to Jamaica,” said John Lynch, Jamaica’s director of tourism. “With nonstop flights from many major gateways across the U.S., Jamaica is an easily accessible destination, and these special packages provide added value to any vacation.”

 

Royal Plantation, the all-suite beach boutique resort, offers up to 55 percent off on all bookings made now through March 31, for travel through December 2010. The package, valid for guests staying three nights or more, starts at $405 per night based on a double-occupancy room.

 

Additionally, guests who book an all-inclusive Royal Plan stay of seven nights of longer in a Premium Oceanfront Junior Suite or Luxury Oceanfront Junior Suite category will also receive their first night free. For more information, visit www.royalplantation.com.

 

The newly renovated Sunset Beach Resort & Spa and Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa are offering a Spring Madness Sale with rates starting at just $143 per person, per night. This special package is valid for travel now through April 10.

 

Half Moon’s Family Break package offers families who stay a minimum of five nights free daily breakfast, roundtrip airport transfers, and kids under 12 stay free with breakfast when sharing room with two parents (maximum of two children).

 

Rondel Village’s Spring/Summer Sale offers savings for guests who book three nights or more. Guests booking a three or more night stay between May 1 and July 8 will receive a 20 percent discount off the regular room rates. Spring/summer three-night rates are: double/single occupancy, $284; and triple occupancy, $341.
