According to a report in Etravelblackboard, Lufthansa has expanded its online services by providing customers necessary ticket refunds apart from making flight bookings.
The booking service has also been enhanced with the additional option of paying for flight tickets through the PayPal e-commerce payment system. To improve their travel preparations, customers can now obtain a pre-flight email containing useful information about their flights and destination. This includes airport maps and check-in time, as well as data on their destinations such as weather updates, time zone or public holidays at their destination.
