21/09/2009 13:56

PEAK 15 Systems, Inc. has released the first software application for tour operators, outfitters and travel suppliers to include the customer relationship management (CRM) tools of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

PEAK 15 Version 4 brings together the trip planning tools and Intuit QuickBooks accounting integration in earlier versions of the web-based service with Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s customer management and marketing tools –all while delivering flexibility and affordability.

“I believe the adage that travel transforms lives,” said James O’Leonard, CEO at PEAK
15 Systems. “Similarly, PEAK 15 Version 4 is transforming the travel industry by offering tour operators, outfitters and travel suppliers the flexible and affordable tools they need to succeed. We are thrilled that more than one hundred companies of all types and sizes are already using PEAK 15 today to increase sales, save time and make better decisions.”

Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s customer relationship management platform provides PEAK 15 with the familiar Microsoft Office Outlook interface, tight integration with Microsoft Office Word and Excel, and the flexibility to be tailored to the unique needs of each customer, PEAK 15 says.
