TRX Selects hotelicopter to Power Corporate Booking Engine with Hotel Web Rates

The agreement is the first of its kind in the travel industry and increases the information transparency and booking options available to business travelers that use the RESX corporate booking solution. By utilizing hotelicopter's web rates service, TRX will display the web rates offered by online travel agencies side-by-side with corporate hotel rates and enable the business traveler to book with the web rate if they choose to do so. This transaction is tracked end-to-end by the RESX solution, thus eliminating the "leakage" problem travel procurement managers currently face. This service will also ensure business travelers have access to and can book the best possible hotel deal, either a corporate rate or a web rate.
